Booking
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Fill out our contact form and we’ll check your date.
If you’d like to book, it’s a £500 booking fee and a short agreement to secure your wedding date.
Around 6 weeks before the wedding, we’ll arrange a video call to run through timings and all the final details.
WHAT’S THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?
A £500 booking fee secures your date.
The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding.

DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE DERBYSHIRE?
Absolutely. We film weddings across the UK and beyond.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION?
Travel is included for weddings across the East Midlands.
For weddings further afield, we’ll provide a tailored quote based on the location and any accommodation required.
The price we quote is the price you pay - no unexpected travel costs later.

Videos
WHAT VIDEOS DO WE GET AS PART OF YOUR PACKAGE?
You’ll receive a collection of films that cover both the main moments and the atmosphere of the day.
This includes:
• Highlight Film
A cinematic film telling the story of your day.
• Full Ceremony Edit
Filmed with multiple cameras and clear audio.
We usually start recording around 10 minutes before the ceremony begins to capture the build-up too - the nerves, guest interactions, groom’s reaction, and those final moments before the ceremony starts. Becky also stays with the bride to capture those last few moments before walking down the aisle.
• Full Speeches Edit
Your speeches filmed in full with multiple cameras and clear audio.
• The RAW Collection
A longer edit of your day, put together in chronological order using every single usable clip from the footage. This means you get the full story of the day, not just the shorter highlight film.
• First Dance Film
A separate film of your first dance.
• First Look Film
If you choose to have a first look, this will also be delivered as a separate film.
• *A Selection of Stills From Your Film*
We also include a small selection of still images taken from the 6K footage, giving you extra moments from the day to look back on alongside your films.

WHAT IS THE RAW COLLECTION?
Is all of the usable footage we capture throughout your wedding day, put together chronologically into one long film.
Unlike your Highlight Film, it isn’t designed to be a polished or cinematic edit. Think of it as a way of giving you all those extra moments that might not make your main films - guests arriving, little reactions, conversations, candid moments and everything happening in between.
We remove anything unusable, such as accidental clips, shots of the floor, camera adjustments or duplicates, and put everything else together in the order it happened.
Essentially, it means you get to keep all of the usable footage we captured from your day.
WHAT’S THE HIGHLIGHT FILM?
The Highlight Film is a film that brings the day together in a polished, emotional and easy-to-watch edit.
It is built from the strongest moments of the day, the emotion, voices, reactions, details, atmosphere and natural interactions - shaped into a film you can watch, share and come back to for years.
DO YOU USE A DRONE?
Yes – if weather, location, and permissions allow. We’ll always try to get aerial shots of your venue and surroundings. If we can’t fly on the day, we’ll focus on extra ground coverage instead.
Day
On The
WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE?
We normally arrive about 2 hours before the ceremony – plenty of time to capture the morning prep and details.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A MEAL?
Not required, but much appreciated. If no meal is provided, we may need to pop out for food, which could mean we are away for a short while.
CAN YOU FILM BOTH OF US GETTING READY?
Yes, where timings and locations allow.
Every wedding is filmed by both Aaron and Becky as standard, so we can usually cover both sides of the morning. If you are getting ready in different locations, we’ll go through the timings before the day and work out the best way to cover both without rushing or missing key moments.
The closer the locations are, the easier this is. If travel would affect the coverage, we’ll be honest with you and help plan around it.
WHEN WILL YOU LEAVE?
We usually stay until around 30 minutes after the first dance – enough time to capture plenty of fun evening shots and the atmosphere of the party, without filming too many late-night antics you might not want on camera.
Wedding
After The
DO YOU BACK UP THE FOOTAGE?
Yes – We back up everything to multiple hard drives and the cloud immediately after your wedding.
CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN MUSIC?
Because of copyright laws, we can’t use commercial music – but we have access to a huge library of licensed tracks that perfectly fit your day.
WILL WE GET EVERY SINGLE SHOT?
You will receive all the usable footage from the day as part of your Documentary Edit.
This does not mean every single camera file. Some clips may be removed if they are test shots, duplicates, missed-focus clips, accidental recordings, shaky movement or anything unusable.
The Documentary Edit is designed to give you a fuller record of the day without handing over footage that does not add anything useful.
HOW LONG UNTIL WE GET OUR VIDEOS?
Usually within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and editing queue.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR VIDEOS?
You’ll receive them via an online platform called Gallerio.
CAN WE MAKE OUR OWN COPIES?
Yes – all videos are MP4 files, so you can back them up, share them, and watch them anywhere.
Add-on
Essential Photo
WHAT IS THE ESSENTIAL PHOTOS ADD-ON?
A smaller collection of wedding photographs to keep alongside your films. It focuses on your group shots, relaxed couple portraits, confetti walk and a few candid moments. Ideal if you want a wedding film and some lovely photographs to frame, without booking full-day photography.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Essential Photos is £500 when added to our £2,000 wedding film package, bringing the total to £2,500.
WHAT PHOTOGRAPHS ARE INCLUDED?
Family and group photographs agreed beforehand, relaxed portraits of the two of you and your confetti walk. We’ll also look out for opportunities to capture a few candid photographs along the way.
The focus is on the photographs you’ll want to print, frame and share with your favourite people.
IS THIS A FULL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE?
This is a film-focused package with essential photographs captured alongside it. Your wedding films remain our priority, and the photo add-on gives you a smaller collection rather than a full photographer’s gallery.
We may capture extra photographs during other parts of the day where time and filming allow, but these aren’t guaranteed. The planned essential photographs are what you can expect from the add-on.
If you’d like a full photographic story of your day, we recommend booking a dedicated wedding photographer.
ARE THESE PHOTOGRAPHS OR STILLS TAKEN FROM THE VIDEO?
These are separately captured photographs, individually edited and delivered in a digital gallery. They’re different from the occasional still images we may provide from your wedding footage.
CAN WE CHOOSE OUR GROUP SHOTS?
Absolutely. We’ll agree a list of family and group shots before the wedding, so we know who you’d like included. Having someone on hand who knows your guests helps keep this part easy and relaxed.
There’s room to be spontaneous too. If you’d like a photograph with someone on the day, just ask.
WHAT ARE THE COUPLE PORTRAITS LIKE?
Very relaxed, with gentle guidance whenever you need it. We’ll take the same natural approach we use for your films, giving you space to be yourselves without making you feel like you’re performing for the camera.
Whether you fancy five minutes together or a longer wander, we’ll work around what feels comfortable for you and fits your day.
WILL YOU TAKE CANDID PHOTOGRAPHS TOO?
We’ll try to capture a few here and there when opportunities come up and filming allows. Think of these as lovely extras alongside your planned essential photographs, rather than continuous photo coverage throughout the day.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
You’ll receive an online gallery of edited, high-resolution photographs to download, print and share with family and friends.
CAN WE BOOK ESSENTIAL PHOTOS ON ITS OWN?
Essential Photos is only available as an add-on to our wedding film package.
